As General Manager of Digicel Business, Jason Corrigan provides leadership to the GSM and ICT teams within Digicel Business in developing, implementing and managing the business strategy for the company. With a special focus on designing, delivering and managing cutting edge ICT solutions to Digicel customers, either directly or via Cloud-based solutions, Corrigan aims to help enable businesses to reach their optimum potential by using technology to innovate, drive efficiencies and create competitive advantage. Jason has extensive experience in telecommunications and has served in several roles before his current appointment, including Commercial Director of Digicel Jamaica and Head of Sales and Distribution in Digicel Vanuatu. During his tenure, Jason was integral in establishing the brand as Vanuatu’s largest mobile operator. Jason studied Business Management at Dublin Institute of Technology in Ireland and lives with his family in Kingston, Jamaica.
Head of Commercial Operations
In his role as Head of Commercial Operations, Brian is responsible for conceptualizing and managing the overall business strategy for our corporate sales teams. His primary functions include directing the activities of sales, solutions and support professionals, partnering with suppliers and implementing value added services in the corporate arena including our GSM and ICT product set. Prior to joining Digicel, Brian was employed to Lascelles DeMercado Group Limited for thirteen (13) years where he served in various capacities including IT Project Manager for the Automotive, Brands and Distribution Divisions. Brian joined Digicel in June 2005 and after moving through roles such as Business Solutions Manager and Head of Business Services, he is currently serving as Head of Commercial Operations. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma & Certificate in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School (Herriot Watt University). Additionally, he attained a Bachelor’s of Science (B.Sc.) in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Technology (UTECH).
Head of Sales (West)
As Head of Sales for the Western region, Joy is responsible for implementing and managing the sales strategy for the teams located in the Western region. This involves leveraging current corporate relations and building new partnerships to maximize revenues and strengthen the Digicel brand. Joy has over 20 years’ experience in Sales, Customer Relations and a significant part in telecoms throughout her career. She joined Digicel in March 2004 as the Regional Sales Manager for Montego Bay and transitioned to her current capacity as Head of Sales for the Western region. Joy holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University College of the Caribbean.
Head of Enterprise Solutions
In his current role as Head of Enterprise Solutions, Ative’s primary responsibilities include the strategic direction of ICT solutions within Digicel Business as well as daily operations of the unit and interaction with the various support teams. An accomplished Sales and Finance professional, Ative has made an indelible mark on the field of ICTs, working with industry leaders such as Illuminat and Netxar Technologies (A Digicel Company). Ative holds a B.SC. in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies and is in the process of completing a Master’s Degree in Finance and International Relations from Columbia University in New York. He joined Digicel Jamaica in April 2013. An avid football fan as well as a family man, Ative is married with two children.

Group Head of Managed Services
As Group Head of Managed Services, Joe brings over 25 years of experience in the managed ICT sales and services sector, working with businesses on complex transformation projects and build-out of managed services teams. With a wealth of experience and expertise in managed services, Joe has been instrumental in developing Digicel Group’s ICT managed services offering across its 31 markets and owns the overall customer service relationship within its corporate customer base. Joe is responsible for setting the strategic direction and focus for the group to build a managed services organisation throughout the region and globally for Digicel. Prior to his appointment at Digicel Jamaica, Joe several roles with companies such as BT, Siemens, Digital, Compaq and HP, where he led teams and supported critical enterprise systems located worldwide with thousands of users. Joe has a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership and Bachelor’s degrees in Microelectronics and Communications Engineering as well as Business Management and Computers. In his spare time, Joe enjoys restoring vintage cars.

Head of Sales (Government)
Michelle’s responsibilities as Head of Sales for the government sector include developing strategies to optimally position our products within Government Ministries and Agencies. Encased within her primary role is the leadership of the sales team towards the delivery of tailored cost effective solution synonymous with the Digicel Business brand. Michelle joined Digicel Business in August 2005 as Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern region. With over 13 years of experience in telecommunications, Michelle holds a B.Sc. in Computer Studies from the University of the West Indies, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (with a focus on International Business) from the Mona School of Business and is also a certified Project Management Professional. Michelle enjoys swimming whenever she gets the chance.
Head of Business Services
As Head of Business Services, Mark is responsible for supporting the delivery and implementation of value added Business Services in the market. This includes evaluating and proposing Customer Solutions. He has oversight for the Data Reporting and Analysis, Bid Management, GSM Service Delivery and Customer Relationship Management teams and also provides the project management support function for Digicel Business. Mark joined Digicel in November 2006 as a Business Analyst. Prior to that, he operated in Analytics in such companies as Cable and Wireless and National Water Commission. He holds a BSc. in Statistics and Economics and a Masters in Economics from the University of the West Indies and is also a certified Project Management Professional. Outside of work, Mark enjoys a good game of dominoes.
Head of ICT Service Delivery
Joining the team as the Head of ICT Service Delivery in 2011, Seamus is responsible for the management and leadership of Digicel’s ICT implementation strategies to enhance our service delivery operations to our clients. With a strong focus on Project Management, Seamus directs the team activities that provide the tactical support needed to guide the business in expanding its ICT portfolio. Seamus brings over 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Technology industries. His previous roles have primarily focused on Project Management (with background in telecoms) where he was involved in some premier implementations globally. His catalogue of successful achievements spans companies including Aspect, Lucent, AVAYA, Calyx, and Unity Technology Solutions, working primarily out of Dublin and London. Seamus holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Open University and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Limerick in Ireland. Seamus is a big fan of heavy metal music.
