About Brian Bennett-Easy, Head of Digicel Business

Head of Digicel Business
In his role as Head of Digicel Business, Brian is responsible for conceptualizing and managing the overall business strategy for our corporate sales teams. His primary functions include directing the activities of sales, solutions and support professionals, partnering with suppliers and implementing value added services in the corporate arena including our GSM and ICT product set. Prior to joining Digicel, Brian was employed to Lascelles DeMercado Group Limited for thirteen (13) years where he served in various capacities including IT Project Manager for the Automotive, Brands and Distribution Divisions.  Brian joined Digicel in June 2005 and after moving through roles such as Business Solutions Manager and Head of Business Services, he is currently serving as Head of Digicel Business. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma & Certificate in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School (Herriot Watt University). Additionally, he attained a Bachelor’s of Science (B.Sc.) in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Technology (UTECH).

About David Bates, Head of ICT Sales
Head of ICT Sales
With over 20 years customer facing industry experience in the Telecommunications and Managed IT Services sectors, David joined the team at Digicel on August 16, 2010 as our Head of ICT Sales. Prior to joining Digicel, David spent a number of years in various Sales roles at both IBM and British Telecom, where at the latter he was involved in their ICT sales executions. His responsibility as Head of ICT Sales includes managing the sales channel to our corporate clients geared towards promoting and providing ICT solutions, products and services. 
 
To unwind, David enjoys travelling, golf and good music.
 
 

Seamus Loughlin,Head of ICT Service Delivery

Head of ICT Service Delivery
Joining the team as the Head of ICT Service Delivery, Seamus is responsible for the management and leadership of Digicel’s ICT implementation strategies to enhance our service delivery operations to our clients. With a strong focus on Project Management, Seamus will direct the team activities that will provide the tactical support to the business in expanding the ICT portfolio. IIn July 2011 Seamus joined Digicel bringing over 15 years’ experience in the Telecommunications and Technology industries. His previous roles have primarily focused on Project management but against the background of Telecoms where he was involved in some premier implementation globally. His catalogue of successful achievements span companies such as UNITY Technology Solutions, Carlyx Voice Ltd and Google, all based in Dublin, Ireland.

Seamus holds a BSc. In Information Technology, Open University and a Master in Project Management from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

 

 


About Mark Green, Head of Business Services

Head of Business Services
On July 1, 2011, Mark was formally appointed to the position of Head of Business Services where he is responsible for supporting the delivery and implementation of value added Business Services in the market. This includes evaluating and proposing Customer Solutions. He has oversight for the Data Reporting and Analysis, Bid Management, GSM Service Delivery and Customer Relationship Management teams and also provides the project management support function for Digicel Business.
Mark joined Digicel in November 2006 as a Business Analyst. Prior to that, he operated in Analytics in such companies as Cable and Wireless and National Water Commission.
He holds a BSc. in Statistics and Economics and a Masters in Economic all from the University of the West Indies. 

About Suzanne Palomino, Head of Sales (East)

Head of Sales – East
As Head of Business Sales- East, Suzanne is responsible for driving sales and services to our corporate clients including Small and Medium Enterprises. She leads a team of sales specialists whose objective is to develop and maximize revenues streams in these sectors through competitive account management. With over 19 years of collective sales experience in companies such as Red Stripe and Cable and Wireless, Suzanne joined Digicel in March 2008 as the Head of Business Sales-East.
Suzanne holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Technology and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

About Michelle Watkis-Robinson, Head of Sales (Government)
 
Head of Sales – Government
Michelle’s responsibilities as Head of Business Sales –Government, include developing strategies to optimally position our products within the government sector. Encased within her primary role is the leadership of the sales team towards the delivery of the quality products and services synonymous with our brand.At the time of joining Digicel in August 2005, Michelle had four (4) years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. At Digicel, she was initially placed in the capacity of the Regional Sales Manager-East, and eventually moved to the post of Head of Business Sales – Government. Michelle holds a BSc. in Computer Studies from the University of the West Indies and a Masters in Business Administration from the Mona School of Business.

About Joy Clark, Head of Sales (West & Central)

Head of Sales – West & Central
The role as Head of Business Sales – West and Central charges Joy with the responsibility of implementing and managing the sales strategy for the teams located in the West and Central regions. This involves leveraging current corporate relations and building new partnerships to maximize revenues and strengthen the Digicel brand.
Joy has over 20 years’ experience in Sales, Customer Relations and a significant part in telecoms through her tenure at Jamaica Mutual Life, Desnoes and Geddes and Cable and Wireless.  She initially joined Digicel in March 2004 as the Regional Sales Manager for Montego Bay and transitioned to her current capacity as Head of Business Sales-West and Central.
Joy holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University College of the Caribbean.
